Speeds shown are “up to” line speeds on the access network and may vary due to factors including in-home Wi‑Fi, network congestion, equipment and the quality of your line. Typical evening speeds (7–11pm) are listed per plan and are based on real-world performance across our network.

Speeds explained (7–11pm)

Typical evening speeds show what customers can expect during the busiest time of day on the network (7–11pm). For example, our Fixed Wireless 100 service regularly delivers around 92–94 Mbps download and 26–27 Mbps upload in West Gippsland, and we use that benchmark to set expectations across tiers.

  • Speeds are influenced by in-home Wi‑Fi, device capability and your local tower or fibre segment.
  • We’ll confirm the best plan for your address after a service qualification check.
  • If performance drops below expectations, our local team will help investigate and resolve it.
